I wrote this new small town idea project with Economic perspective, that when people have satisfying affordable living conditions, they travel and explore the World more. Travel industry keeps small businesses afloat and improving economic conditions of the local Middle Class.  People who live full lives, travel and explore reality have more stable minds. This creates happier society.

 

I was unable to find financing partners to build it, $70 M is a Government level financing, but may be someone can do it now.
